COCONUT MARGARITA COCKTAIL 🥥
Serves 1 glass
Ingredients :
– 3 cl of tequila
– 3 cl of triple sec
– 3 cl of lime juice
– 9 cl of coconut cream
For garnish :
– 3 cl of cane sugar syrup
– 30 g of shredded coconut
– 1 lime wheel
Preparation :
1. In a shaker, pour the tequila, the triple sec, the lime juice and the coconut cream. Add ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
2. Dip the rim of a glass in the cane sugar syrup and then in the shredded coconut to rim it.
3. Fill the glass with ice, then pour the contents of the shaker through a fine sieve. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve well chilled.
