We’ll start by making a puree of fresh strawberries and raspberries into which we add chia seeds for staying power. Once this fruity disk is nicely cold, we dip it into melted dark chocolate and let it set again in the freezer.

STRAWBERRY, RASPBERRY AND DARK CHOCOLATE BITES 🍓🍫
Serves 6 to 8 bites
Ingredients :
– 65 g fresh raspberries
– 85 g fresh strawberries
– 1.5 Tbsp chia seeds
– 1 to 3 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
– 100 g dark chocolate
– 1 tsp neutral oil
Preparation :
1. Mash the raspberries and the strawberries in a bowl using a fork.
2. Add the chia seeds and the maple syrup, then mix well. Let the mixture rest for about twenty minutes so the chia seeds absorb the liquid and the texture thickens.
3. Shape small heaps of this mixture onto a sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until the discs are well set.
4. Melt the chocolate with the neutral oil until smooth and glossy. Dip the fruit discs to coat them well and place them on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
5. Store in the freezer until tasting!
