It’s up to you to adjust the amount or to replace it with vanilla, for example, for extra sweetness.

BANANA SMOOTHIE 🍌

For 1 glass

Ingredients :

– 1 frozen banana
– 3 Tbsp rolled oats
– 1 Tbsp nuts
– 1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
– 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1 Tbsp peanut butter
– 2 Tbsp maple syrup
– 1 glass of cold milk

Preparation :

1. In the bowl of a blender, add the frozen banana, the oats, the nuts, the cinnamon, the yogurt, the peanut butter, the maple syrup and the milk.

2. Blend until a smooth texture is achieved. Pour into a large glass.

3. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon and a slice of banana. Enjoy immediately!
