FIGS CARPACCIO, RAW HAM AND STRACCIATELLA 💜

Serves 6

Ingredients :

– 6 ripe figs
– 4 slices of raw ham
– 200 g of stracciatella
– a handful of arugula
– a handful of crushed pistachios
– a drizzle of olive oil
– a drizzle of honey
– Toasted bread

Preparation :

1. Peel and halve the figs. Arrange them on a plate, then cover with plastic wrap. Crush with a glass until you obtain a “carpaccio”.

2. Carefully remove the plastic wrap, then arrange the rolled slices of raw ham and the stracciatella. Add the arugula, then sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

3. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and honey before serving with slices of toasted bread!
