To make this recipe, follow the steps below :

CREAMY PICKLE DIP & HOMEMADE TORTILLAS 🥒

Serves 8-10

Ingredients :

– 8 wheat tortillas
– Olive oil
– Sea salt
– 250 g pickles (gherkins)
– 750 g cream cheese (Philadelphia-style)
– 300 g sour cream
– 1 small bunch green onions
– 2 jalapeño peppers
– 200 g grated cheddar
– Pepper and paprika (optional)

Preparation :

1. Dice the pickles into small cubes. Finely chop the green onions and jalapeños.

2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and the sour cream. Add the pickles, green onions, jalapeños, and cheddar. Mix well.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with pepper and paprika. Set aside.

4. Brush the tortillas on both sides with olive oil, then cut them into 8 triangles. Arrange them flat on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.

5. Bake for a few minutes until they are nicely golden and crispy.

6. Serve the homemade tortillas while still warm with the pickle dip nicely chilled!
