Fruity Mojito: A Fresh Twist on the Classic Cocktail

The mango mojito is an exotic, fruit-forward version of the famous Cuban cocktail. Refreshing and aromatic, it combines the natural sweetness of mango with the freshness of mint and lime. Easy to prepare, this cocktail is ideal for a summer aperitif or a convivial moment with friends (moderation, of course). Its bright color and balanced profile make it as beautiful as it is flavorful! Perfect for varying from the classic recipes, the mango mojito brings a touch of originality to your evenings. A simple recipe that invites travel from the very first sip. We even share an alcohol-free version so you can enjoy it without moderation!

The new mojito that will dethrone the classic version with a hint of mango

Originating from Cuba, the mojito is an easy alcoholic drink to make with simply lime, mint, cane sugar, rum, and sparkling water. But today, we present a new recipe with mango for a more exotic and fruity tasting! As simple and quick to prepare as the traditional version, this mango mojito will brighten your upcoming gatherings (but of course with moderation). Serve well chilled; this cocktail can also be turned into a mocktail by simply removing the white rum from the ingredients (you can add a bit more sparkling water or, if you can find non-alcoholic rum, that’s perfect too).

Our professional tip for a successful mojito: don’t crush the mint too much. Indeed, the more you crush the mint leaves, the more they will release bitter aromas. We only want the fresh effect of this aromatic herb! And the lime must always be green, no yellow lemon in a mojito (basic rule). If you don’t have crushed ice at home, you can make it yourself by crushing ice cubes with a rolling pin inside a clean cloth (or you can buy it ready-made). Let’s get started with the mango mojito recipe!

The ingredients for a cocktail that shakes up the traditional mojito

– 1/2 ripe mango
– 6 fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 lime
– 4 cl white rum
– Sparkling water
– 1 tablespoon white cane sugar

Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health; consume in moderation.
