MANGO STUFFED WITH SALMON AND AVOCADO 🥑ðŸ¥
Serves 2
Ingredients :
– 1 nice ripe mango
– 1 fillet of fresh salmon
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1 shallot
– 1 passion fruit
– 1/4 bunch of fresh mint
– 1/4 bunch of chives
– 1 lime
– 1 drizzle of olive oil
– 1 pinch of white and black sesame seeds
– A few edible flowers
– Salt, pepper
Preparation :
1. Cut the mango in two around the pit and gently scoop out the flesh without piercing the skin that will be used as the container.
2. Dice the mango flesh, the salmon and the avocado into small, evenly sized cubes.
3. Finely slice the shallot, the mint and the chives.
4. In a bowl, mix the mango, the salmon, the avocado, the shallot, the mint and the chives. Add the pulp of the passion fruit, the lime juice and the olive oil. Season to taste and mix well.
5. Fill the mango skins with the mixture and decorate with sesame seeds and edible flowers. Serve well chilled!
